- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering, (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Visual Studio .Net, Visual Basic
- Knowledge in Networking, Visual Basic programming is preferable
