About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Clerk/Assistant to join our dynamic team at Mywisehome Sdn Bhd in Kamunting, Perak. This full-time role is responsible for providing efficient and accurate accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our finance operations.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable and receivable

• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements

• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date

• Comply with all relevant accounting policies, procedures, and regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk/Assistant, preferably in a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
