JHM Consolidation Hiring! Full Time Store Executive in Negeri Sembilan - Ricebowl

Responsible for managing daily warehouse/store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking inventory of materials for production. Ensure accurate stock control, proper documentation, and timely support to production and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, verify, and record incoming materials

• Issue materials to production based on requests

• Responsible for the proper warehousing and inventory control of raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials etc.

• Maintain accurate inventory records

• Produce inventory reports and statistics regularly.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and 5S housekeeping

• Conduct stock counts and resolve discrepancies

• Manage and coordinates with the production department in maintaining minimum and maximum level of JIT/bulky items

• Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse procedures

Requirements :

• Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business

• 1-2 years warehouse or store experience in manufacturing

• Familiar with ERP systems and basic Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
