Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in the injection moulding industry, particularly in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
- Hands-on experience in CMM measurement and programming is required.
- Must be willing and able to work in Senai, Johor.
- Monitor daily production material quality issues and provide timely feedback to suppliers.
- Follow up on customer feedback regarding component failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct vendor quality system audits as required.
- Ensure initial inspection checklists, sample approvals, and related equipment are properly completed prior to mass production.
- Communicate effectively with PQA, internal QC teams, and production personnel regarding part quality issues.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors on all quality-related matters.
- Perform monthly data analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives with vendors.
