The E&A Engineer role focuses on instrumentation, electrical, and automation execution within the factory. Key responsibilities include:
Candidate Profile:
The E&A Engineer role focuses on instrumentation, electrical, and automation execution within the factory. Key responsibilities include:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- PLC troubleshooting and basic writing (reading required; writing is an advantage)
- Instrument calibration execution based on preventive maintenance plans
- Custodian of electrical and engineering compliance in line with Nestlé standards and Malaysian regulations
- Monitoring and coordinating work assigned to third-party vendors and contractors
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics
- 3–5 years in manufacturing, preferably FMCG / Food & Beverage
- Experience in maintenance and factory operations preferred
- With knowledge and experience in the following tools:
- PLC
- Electrical and wiring skills
- Instrumentation and calibration
- Pneumatic systems
- Power transmission
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to read PLC logic; writing is an advantage
- Hardworking, compliant, and disciplined
- Strong safety and compliance mindset
- Able to communicate effectively
- People management capability
