This full-time, on-site role is ideal for entry-level talent or fresh graduates who want to start a medical sales career. You’ll be trained through a structured Sales Ecosystem built on 15+ years of hospital sales experience, focusing on clear processes, coaching, and practical skills. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, client relationship building, product presentations, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

1. Willing to learn Sales Prospecting, Cold Calling, and Customer Relationship Management skills
2. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Willing to learn CRM and Project Management Tools
5. Strong negotiation and closing skills
6. Experience in customer service role and to gain to learn sales techniques
7. Possess valid driver's license is a must (Willing to travel around Sabah)
8. Diploma in Business Studies or related field
9. Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
