Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR operations.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management by aligning HR strategies, organizational structure, and people initiatives with business objectives and growth plans.
- Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and talent development programs to strengthen organizational capability and culture.
- Drive HR transformation initiatives, process improvements, and policy enhancements to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies while minimizing organizational risk.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR operations, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support organizational change management, culture building, and leadership development across the company.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to balance both strategy and operations.
