Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR operations.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior management by aligning HR strategies, organizational structure, and people initiatives with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and talent development programs to strengthen organizational capability and culture.
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives, process improvements, and policy enhancements to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies while minimizing organizational risk.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR operations, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support organizational change management, culture building, and leadership development across the company.


Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and able to balance both strategy and operations.
