Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Kuching. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, researching market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role will also involve representing MYARCH at industry events and ensuring a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development and Sales with the ability to identify and secure business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for client engagement and partnership development.
  • Market research and analytical skills to assess industry trends and identify potential growth areas.
  • Project management experience with the ability to coordinate between teams and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Knowledge of the construction or engineering sector, particularly segmental bridge solutions, is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-driven with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
