Responsibilities
A. MARKETPLACE MANAGEMENT
• Monitor overall marketplace performance including sales, traffic, conversion rate, and customer engagement
• Ensure all product listings, pricing, promotions, and product information are updated accurately
• Maintain platform store health, ratings, response rate, and operational performance standards
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and marketplace trends
• Ensure all marketplace operations comply with platform policies and guidelines
B. SALES & GROWTH STRATEGY
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and platform growth
• Plan and manage monthly sales targets, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Analyze marketplace data and performance reports to identify business opportunities
• Optimize product visibility through platform tools, keywords, bundles, and campaign participation
• Coordinate mega campaigns such as 1.1, 2.2, 3.3, Raya Campaign, Payday Sale, Flash Sale, and Brand Days
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase strategies
C. PRODUCT LISTING & CONTENT MANAGEMENT
• Ensure product listings are attractive, accurate, and optimized for conversion
• Coordinate product descriptions, images, videos, banners, and promotional content
• Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams for campaign visuals
• Monitor product stock availability and coordinate with warehouse or inventory team
• Ensure new product launches are uploaded according to timeline
E. ANALYTICS & REPORTING
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketplace performance reports
• Analyze sales trends, best-selling products, conversion data, and campaign effectiveness
• Present business insights and improvement strategies to management
• Monitor advertising ROI and platform marketing performance
F. TEAM MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP
• Lead and supervise marketplace operation team if assigned by management
• Monitor team productivity, task execution, and campaign preparation
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve department KPI
• Ensure strong communication and teamwork across departments
G. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain confidentiality of Company sales data, strategies, and operational information
• Follow Company SOP, operational policies, and management instructions
• Be flexible in handling additional tasks assigned by management based on operational requirements
• Continuously stay updated with marketplace trends, e-commerce tools, and digital commerce strategies
