Production Planning & Scheduling Supervisor (Mandarin speaker)
Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
Company: Manufacturing Industry
Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,000 (negotiable based on experience)
MYFutureJobs Negeri Sembilan is assisting an established manufacturing company in Seremban to source suitable candidates for the position of Production Planning & Scheduling Supervisor.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in production planning, production scheduling, production supervision, manufacturing operations, material coordination and production reporting.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, as the role requires regular communication and coordination with China expatriate management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage daily, weekly and monthly production schedules
• Coordinate workflow across production processes to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor production progress and resolve delays or production issues
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time
• Optimise machine capacity, manpower and production efficiency
• Analyse production data and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing teams to ensure material availability
• Support Lean, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and supervise the planning team
• Liaise with China expatriate management on production planning and reporting requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in production planning, production scheduling or manufacturing operations
• Supervisory experience in production / planning will be an added advantage
• Able to work on 3 shift arrangement
• Good coordination, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to liaison with China expatriate management
