Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.
- Knowledge in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) and related legal requirements.
- Able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
- Assist in liaising with relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Environmental, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and review of OSH policies, procedures, Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and related documentation.
- Coordinate and promote safety, health, and environmental programs and activities within the workplace.
- Conduct Safety & Health Committee meetings, workplace inspections, and safety audits, including preparation of meeting minutes and reports.
- Prepare monthly EHS reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure.
- Monitor, compile, and analyze EHS data and reports to ensure compliance with applicable legal and company requirements.
- Assist in organizing safety training, emergency response drills, and awareness programs for employees.
- Ensure proper implementation of ISO 14001 and other EHS management system requirements where applicable.
