Responsibilities
-Quality Assurance: Manage QAQC-related issues, ensure SOP/ISO compliance, and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
-Customer Communication: Provide quality-related information to customers, including product details, returns, replacements, specifications, QMS, and audit information.
-Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and expectations.
-Customer Complaint Resolution: Respond promptly to customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions.
-On-site Support: Provide support during customer audits to ensure smooth processes and maintain strong relationships.
-Analysis and Validation: Perform thorough analysis and validation of customer-returned parts to improve product quality.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
