Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of a hotel related to the hotel’s Housekeeping department, including supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness standards, manage budgets, and overseeing supply inventory.
· Conduct training and provide coaching to housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to departmental standards and procedures.
· Schedule staff and ensure adequate staffing levels within the department at all times to support efficient daily operations.
· Conduct daily staff briefing.
· Develop and implement operational procedures; assign daily duties and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
· Assign duties and inspect work performed to ensure compliance with departmental standards and procedures.
· Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
· Manage the inventory of all cleaning supplies, linens, equipments, room amenities, purchase new stock and arrange for equipment maintenance.
· Perform administrative duties such as but not limited to reporting, filing, documenting, maintaining records, and handling telephone calls.
· Ensure the proper image is being maintained by all team members with respect to grooming, uniform standards, and personal hygiene.
· Resolving customer complaints related to Housekeeping services in a professional manner.
· Address maintenance issues and report them to the Maintenance department.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
