Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service appointments professionally.
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle servicing, maintenance, and feedback.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians and aftersales team.
• Prepare customer reports, service reminders, and documentation.
• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email communications.
• Assist in customer retention and after-sales service activities.
• Ensure customer records are updated accurately in the system.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in automotive/customer service is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented personality.
