Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Consultant based in Kuantan, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with clients, providing personalized Takaful solutions, and educating clients on the benefits of Takaful plans. Additional duties include conducting needs assessments, managing client portfolios, and ensuring that clients' coverage aligns with their goals and values.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or client relationship management.
• Financial planning, needs analysis, and knowledge of Takaful insurance principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client outreach and virtual meetings.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is an advantage.
