Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Analyst to evaluate, design, and optimize our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workflow analysis, process mapping, and reengineering to enhance efficiency and support organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze KPIs and Performance metrics
- Process improvement with LEAN, AGILE
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance
- Process Evaluation & Improvement:
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Design, document, and implement streamlined business processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to map out processes, document workflows, and identify business needs.
- Process Mapping & Documentation:
- Develop process maps, flowcharts, and other visual representations of processes using tools such as Power Point, Power BI or Tableau ( Good to have).
- Document procedures, standards, and process changes in a clear and comprehensive manner.
- Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure process performance.
- Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize business processes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of newly implemented processes and adjust where necessary.
- Change Management:
- Work closely with management to implement change strategies that ensure smooth process adoption.
- Assist in training employees on new processes and systems.
- Process Automation:
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement business process automation tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business process analysis, business process reengineering, or a related role. Open for fresh graduates.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and business process improvement techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Good to have Power BI experiences.
- Great presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
