Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Management Manager

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Manager to lead our order management and customer service operations. This role will oversee end-to-end order fulfilment, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive cross-functional coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries on delivery schedules, technical details, and order status
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy of purchase orders and work orders
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, QA, and Sales to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Monitor order progress and resolve any issues, delays, or changes proactively
  • Ensure material availability and collaborate with Procurement on shortages
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team and customers when required
  • Lead project briefings and manage project-based orders efficiently
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce wastage
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team to achieve operational excellence


Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or operations, with leadership experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  • Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in manufacturing industry (glass/construction materials is an advantage)
