- Manage AP Mailbox
- Process Inventory and Non-Inventory invoices in the system (three-way match)
- Reconcile vendor statement
- Reach out to vendor for variances
- Process and review payment run
- Review discount and term payments
- Answer vendor queries
- Review open POs
- Complete Ad Hoc projects related to AP payments, audit and clean up
