Working Location: DUBS Commercial Centre, Jalan Petanak, 93100 Kuching, Sarawak

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday only
• Weekends if required only

Job Requirements:

• Posses an MQA-recognised Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Office Management and Technology, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in operations, project management, logistics, or a similar field.; or
• Posses an MQA-recognised Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Office Management and Technology, or STPM or a related field, with minimum 5 years of working experience in operations, project management, logistics, or a similar field.
• Applicants must be between 25 and 35 years of age.

Key Skills:

• Handling daily operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Data entry, filing, reporting, and document control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Strong spoken and written skills in English and often local language (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia).
• Managing client relationships and resolving customer complaints.
• Detail-oriented, organized, ability to work under pressure, overtime and proactiveness.

Common Responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth daily operational activities.
• Supporting administrative, logistics, and sales operations.
• Handling documentation and reports.
• Managing vendor relations or client compliance.
