Responsibilities

Job Summary

As a Site Technician Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing on-site technical operations, ensuring that installation, maintenance, and repair activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications in CEPCO. This role supervises a team of technicians, coordinates site activities, and ensures timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site technicians and subcontractors
  • Ensure all work is performed according to technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
  • Monitor progress of site work and ensure timely completion within deadlines
  • Inspect and verify quality of installations, maintenance, and repair work
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to technicians on-site
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, and permit-to-work systems
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for site requirements and updates
  • Maintain site documentation, reports, and records of work performed
  • Manage tools, equipment, and materials on-site to ensure availability and proper usage
  • Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and training for technicians
  • Ensure housekeeping and proper organization of the worksite

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or technical supervision within manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting practices.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and reporting.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and permit-to-work systems.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, or on-call duties when required.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
