Job Summary

As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing or production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met in CEPCO. This role involves managing production staff, coordinating workflow, monitoring output, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve optimal performance
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies
• Identify and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and waste
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on performance metrics
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality assurance, logistics) to optimize operations
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, and overtime as required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow planning, and quality control.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
