Job Summary

As a Stockyard Supervisor you will be responsible for the execution of the full spectrum of shovel loader and stockyard related duties for CEPCO. Purpose is to ensure shovel loader run smooth and schedule maintenance for shovel loader done. Responsible on arrangement in stockyard.

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure the stockyard is in control with piles are properly identified and stacked according the methods given and update the full record of actual stock and quantity.
• Required to operate and drive the shovel safely that load aggregate and sand onto conveyor to batching plant. Ensure a smooth operation process.
• To ensure all overhead cranes operator are trained to handle the cranes in a safe manner.
• Operate shovel in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct and check for the shovel maintenance.
• To liaise with the Head of department pertaining to customer feedback and complaints and initiate counter measures.
• To communicate effectively company policies and objective to the workers and subordinates in stockyard and to provide feedback to management.
• To cooperate among your peers and to foster strong team work.
• To liaise with Head Office regarding delivery matters.
• To maintain and kept the stock take record for a minimum 1 year.
• To ensure safety of work environment.
• To give top priority to product safety and product reliability.
• To brief the operator on safety matters before start duties.
• To ensure all transporters follow the rules stated and wear appropriate PPE.
• To monitor, review and feedback the manpower requirement in the stockyard.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, yard, or logistics operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and material handling practices.
• Familiarity with forklift operations and yard equipment.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required..
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, or emergency call-outs when required.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
