• Promote and introduce Noir products to walk-in customers at Pavilion outlet.
• Provide professional product knowledge, skincare consultation, and recommendations.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the management.
• Create engaging and persuasive sales presentations to attract customers.
• Maintain booth/outlet cleanliness, stock levels, and display arrangements.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales.
• Report sales performance, customer feedback, and stock movement to the supervisor.
• Comfortable and confident in conducting live sessions (e.g. live selling, product demonstrations, or live streaming) to engage customers and drive sales.
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance; neat attire with a pleasant personality.
• Confident, professional, and attractive presentation as a Beauty Advisor to represent the brand image.
• Open to freehair or turban; if wearing hijab, must be neatly styled and well-coordinated to enhance a polished, elegant look.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
