• Responsible for training QA Operator for final inspection process.
• Responsible for checking sample and preparing dimensions profile graph and specification.
• Approval of piston casting for foundry production. New development to be approved by General Manager, Engineering.
• To check all newly developed Piston for sakura’s approval (for “sakura” brand piston).
• Approval of 1st set-up for all machining operation (Liner & Piston).
• Grade and Stamp sizes of finished product.
• Attend to customer’s complaint.
• To check sample and inspect imported liners and pins.
• Raise internal delivery notes of finished product for transfer to Warehouse Department.
• Responsible for instrument calibration according to schedule and standard.
• To monitor closely the progress of urgent orders.
• To check profile of Master Cam.
• To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
