Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including prominent hotels and boutique establishments, ensuring consistent sales growth and client engagement.
  • Engage in daily sales activities such as cold calling, client visits, virtual presentations, and entertainment events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build rapport with prospects by asking insightful questions, managing expectations, and effectively handling objections to close deals successfully.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, establishing fresh accounts to expand the client base and increase revenue streams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business through personalized service and timely follow-ups.
  • Promptly respond to inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Regularly review account performance, prepare detailed reports, and recommend strategic actions to management for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the hospitality sector, demonstrating a strong sales track record.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a knack for networking.
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation and presentation abilities to influence decision-makers.
