WE ARE HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR (Infrastructure)

Location: Kuching, Sarawak

Role Overview:

He Tai Development Sdn. Bhd. is a CIDB-registered contractor specializing in delivering high-impact public-sector projects in Sarawak. We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to manage our on-site teams and act as the key liaison on major airport and road developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Oversee daily earthworks, pavement, and structural activities, ensuring all packages are delivered on time
• Main-Con Coordination: Attend site meetings with the contractor's team and ensure our work aligns with the master schedule and technical requirements
• Technical Compliance: Interpret engineering drawings to ensure precise setting out and execution of work
• Safety Enforcement: Ensure all workers strictly follow safety protocols
• Reporting: Prepare daily logs and progress updates specifically

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure/civil works
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage on-site conflicts

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
