Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at MAPA Gloves Sdn Bhd. The Manufacturing Assistant will assist with daily operational tasks, including supporting production processes, ensuring quality control standards are met, managing logistical operations, and coordinating across teams to maintain workflow efficiency. The role requires a hands-on approach and close collaboration with team members to ensure monthly outputs are achieved.

Qualifications

• Experience in latex/glove manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Degree/Diploma in any engineering/science/polymer field
• Candidates must be willing to work shift
