Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Working experience in HR Operations will be an added advantage.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  
• Candidate must be willing to work at Senai, Johor.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide HR operational support to employees and managers on daily HR matters.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and filing systems accurately.
  
• Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and administrative documentation as required.
  
• Handle confidential matters professionally and support ad-hoc HR assignments.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
