Job Description

Requirements

 

  1. Proficient with both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  2. Good communication and coordination skills. 
  3. Possess tertiary education in accounting or equivalent.
  4. Knowledge in computerised accounting software is preferred.
  5. Experience in accounting or finance in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
  6. Experience in audit will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  

  1. To keep a full set of Accounts.
  2. To oversee the accounting matters of its group of companies.
  3. Preparation of weekly financial reports and monthly management accounts for Manager’s review.
  4. To liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, internal auditors and other related authorities as and when instructed by your immediate superior.
  5. To oversee the inventory control of the Group and the Company.
  6. To supervise the day-to-day activities in the accounts department.
  7. To monitor the cash flow position of the Group and the Company.
  8. Familiarity with the guidelines, rules and regulations of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Companies Act, Securities Commission and accounting standards.
  9. To ensure timely reporting of the Group and the Company internally and externally.
  10. Any other related duties as may be instructed by your superior from time to time.
