Responsibilities
- Secretarial duties and support
- Manage the Department time and attendance schedule
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Housekeeping administration office
- Identify, rectify or report office equipment malfunctions
- Raise Purchase Requests for the Housekeeping department
- Handle and follow-up on all Housekeeping shipment orders, suppliers, etc
- Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the Management
- The Management reserves the right to alter the duties and responsibilities of the position as business demands require without prior notice
Preferably: have background of Office Administration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
