Saturday : 8.00am-1.00pm (half-day)
Clinic Panel Admin’s Job Description:
- Provide administrative support in all areas of claims.
- Responsible to collect and upkeep the filing record of the approved claims documents by the Claims Team (auditing)
- Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic.
- Assist submitting the admissions claims to the insurance providers upon receiving the documents from panels/claimant.
- Monitor claim submission and payment status from the insurer and initiate the recovery process should be there be a shortage in payment from the insurer due to any error.
- Established and maintain positive relationship with the varied customer communities.
- Provide end-to end support in all Klinik Anda 24 Jam.
- Deliver efficient guidelines (CLINIC SOP) to facilitate claim process.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans.
- Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic.
- Managing the clinic’s budget, billing system, and inventory.
- Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
- Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.
- Provide clinical leadership and serve as a mentor and coach to clinical staff.
- Established and maintain positive relationship with the varied customer communities.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
