Job Details

Position: Service Crew
Salary: RM1,800
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (1 rotating rest day)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (2 shifts)
Location: 44 Kampung Bukit Temiang, Seremban, Malaysia

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Service Crew to support daily outlet operations, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness.

In this role, you will be involved in both kitchen and front-of-house tasks, ensuring smooth service flow and consistent product quality. You will also assist in handling the bakery section and work closely with the team to deliver a positive customer experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook food according to company standards and procedures
2. Manage floor operations, including serving customers and ensuring smooth service flow
3. Handle bakery section and ensure consistent product quality
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area and outlet
5. Monitor stock usage and report shortages when necessary
6. Follow all SOPs and food safety guidelines at all times
7. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
8. Be willing to be assigned or transferred to other branches when required

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent
2. Experience in F&B or service industry is an advantage
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
