Operations & Machine Maintenance Management

• Ensure the smooth operation of primary machinery (Injection Moulding, Robotic Arms) and auxiliary equipment (Chillers, Air Compressors, Cranes, etc.).
• Execute routine inspections (daily, weekly, quarterly) in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance schedules.
• Analyze machine breakdowns, implement corrective actions, and manage external contractors when specialized repairs are required.
• Ensure all machinery and general facilities are in optimum condition prior to use to minimize operational downtime.

Tooling & Mould Management

• Plan and monitor the status of mould testing and support the set-up team to achieve established setup-time targets.
• Manage the maintenance, repair, and systematic record-keeping for all tooling equipment.
• Verify quotations for tooling modifications and provide technical feedback to customers or internal stakeholders regarding improvements.

Quality Control & Production

• Support manufacturing controls to reduce reject rates and enhance overall product quality.
• Liaise closely with the PPC (Production Planning & Control) department to ensure maintenance schedules do not disrupt delivery timelines.

Departmental & Financial Management

• Control departmental budget allocations and monitor expenditures.
• Manage critical spare parts inventory to ensure immediate availability for urgent repairs.
• Execute manpower planning, monitor staff utilization, and evaluate the performance of subordinates.

Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)

• Ensure the strict implementation and compliance of occupational safety, health policies, objectives, and regulations within the workplace.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
