Sepang International Circuit, officially opened in 1999, is Malaysia's premier motorsport venue known for its state-of-the-art facilities and serving as the home of motorsports in the region. Located 85km from Kuala Lumpur and near the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, it is easily accessible via highways, railways, and expressways. The circuit features a 5.543 km track with 15 turns and 8 straights, accommodating speeds over 300km/h and offering thrilling racing opportunities. With a capacity for 130,000 spectators, the venue includes several grandstands, corporate suites, and the iconic three-story Pit Building housing essential race facilities. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sepang for a System Support Executive. The System Support Executive will provide technical support for operational systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of all IT-related systems and infrastructure. This role also involves analyzing system performance, collaborating with other teams to address technical challenges, and delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Salary :- RM2,500

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for hardware and software systems
• Excellent Communication skills to relay technical information to non-technical users
• Strong dedication to Customer Service and ensuring user satisfaction
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and system management tools
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in supporting large-scale events or infrastructure is a plus
