Role Description

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Director is a full-time, on-site position based in Balakong. In this role, you will lead financial planning processes, perform detailed financial analysis, and oversee the preparation of financial reports. You will create and refine financial models, guide strategic decision-making by providing data-backed insights, and ensure financial targets and forecasts are achieved. Collaborating with multiple teams, you will play a crucial role in driving Organizational financial health and performance.

• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Modeling
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in interpreting financial data
• Proficiency in Finance and Financial Reporting
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Proven experience in a similar senior financial role, preferably within corporate environments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's or equivalent certifications like CFA or CPA are a plus)
