Job Description

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Food Science, Economics, or Business Administration.
  2. Experience: 2 years in production planning, ideally in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  5. Responsible, punctual, self-motivated, fast learner, and independent personality.

Responsibilities

  1. Master Scheduling: Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts.
  2. Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure raw materials and packaging are available, accounting for lead times and seasonal fluctuations.
  3. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of finished goods and raw materials to prevent overstocking or "stock-outs," specifically focusing on FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.
  4. Capacity Planning: Analyze plant capacity to optimize production runs and minimize machine downtime.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Weekly planning meetings with Sales, Logistics, and Production.
  6. Any ad-hoc tasks as instructed or assigned by the Superior or Management.
