• Ensure that production is operating smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure that all production schedules are meet.
• Ensure that all work procedures are adjusted to meet production flow.
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of work.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase productivity.
• Supervise workers, interprets specifications and determines sequence of operations.
• General maintenance & good housekeeping on the Production floor at all times.
• Recommend operators for internal & external training.
• To monitor and measure performance for each individual operator on quality and quantity.
• Enhance the reliability and manufacturability of the process and product quality.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
