Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess at least SPM / Diploma in / Business Management or Hotel Management
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience/ fresh graduate
  • Competent in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Melayu. Competence in vernacular
  • languages such as Chinese would be an added advantage.
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skill
  • Any gender
  • Full time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for directly assisting / supporting all seminar, meeting, event, and conference services.
  • Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries
  • Accurately records messages for / from sales department, banquet teams and others related department / staff and distributes the written messages to managers in a timely manner.
  • Coordination between customer and the entire internal department for every event
  • Assisting in front office during peak season, when required
