Diploma-No Limit
- Min Dip in any field
- Min 7 - 10 years of experiences
- Possess knowledge and skill in retreading
- Good command of Mandarin
- Prefer male candidates

Responsibilities
- Responsible for new, retread & cross-selling support of tyre and rubber compound
- Participate in exhibitions and conduct training promoting tyre products USP (Unique selling point) / FAB (Features, Application, Benefits).
- Support marketing and communication activities for the new & retreads tire/compound.
- Sustain a rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- To provide support in terms of market intelligence and feedback on market trend as well as conducting market research to understand market needs.
- To ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- To perform any other business or assignments from Director of Group Companies, including overseas attachments if necessary.
- To conduct Full Fleet Inspection when require for consultation sales
- To resolve customer complaint / requirement on technical issues.
- To conduct Tire Failure Analysis / Diagnosis.
- Recommend right tire for the right application for value selling
- To conduct tire performance monitoring to convenience repeating sales.
- To demonstrate proper tire mounting and demounting.
- To provide solution and recommendation for tire adjustment issues.
- Recommend tire preventive maintenance for retreads & fleet users.
- To perform thermo-couple test and recommend optimal cure rate for Rubber, retread materials.
