任职资格
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Business Information Systems
- General knowledge in working under UNIX and Windows environment. General knowledge in the functions of applications within the organization.
- 1 -2 years related working experience
岗位职责
- Provide day-to-day User Provisioning services based on tickets assigned, and carry out the provisioning tasks according to SLA.
- Carry out regular ID maintenance and review activities, specifically monthly dormant ID housekeeping, and half-yearly user access review (sanction review).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on user provisioning for the various applications and systems supported by the team.
- Participate and contribute to activities related to ID provisioning such as BCP/DRP exercises, service improvement initiatives by Infra team/Service Desk team/Security team, IT security projects and operations.
- Provide advice and guidance to users and teams from other departments on applications and systems ID-related matters.
- Ability to resolve ID related issues and problems using documented procedures as well as past experience and judgments.
- Collaborate with other parties such as Infra team and Application team to resolve ID and access related matters.
- Improve, revise and amend existing process or procedure for better service provisioning.
- Provide after office-hours standby during non-office hour.
