- Male/Female
- Good communication in English/Bahasa Malaysia
- Have minimum 1year of experience in telemarketing
- Fresh graduate applicants are encourage to apply
- PC Literate
- Able to work on weekends (during event session)/ outstation
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls, whatsapps, telegram, SMS and emails from customers whenever they request for information regarding the products of Jootawan Group Sdn Bhd
- Makes telemarketing of any products & services provided by the company.Keep track of customer orders
- Receive and handle customer feedback on products & services
- Other duties as assigned
