Requirements
Secondary/SPM/'O' Level-No Limit
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Quality Control
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Engineering- Chemical/Bioengineering or equivalent
- Have experience in seafood manufacturing company
- Manage to work under pressure to meet dateline
- Certified with ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, BRC, SSOP, BMT
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control department
- Attend to customer complaints and supplier where necessary (where impacting/affected by quality issue)
- Implementation of ISO Procedure and Processes
- Provide training on Quality Systems to all employees
- Designing and improving Quality Systems Manual (QMS)
- Audit and execute random checking on supplier
- Conduct factory internal audit
- Issue and follow up Corrective Action Request (CAR) for non-conformance parts supplied by supplier
- Attend to any customer's complaint
- Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI)
- Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments
- Continually improvise on the existing quality systems and generate new ideas
- Approve inspected product before delivery
- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
