Minimum SPM, 'O' Level, or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field.

Possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in electronic semiconductor manufacturing or a related assembly environment.

Proficiency in performing mechanical and electronics assembly tasks according to specifications.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control in production.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are advantageous for team collaboration.

Must be able to work onsite at our facility in Jalan Keluli, Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of electronic semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Conduct assembly and disassembly of electronic components and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines and tools used in the semiconductor fabrication process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Assist in the testing and inspection of electronic parts and finished products, identifying and reporting any defects or deviations from specifications.

Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and quality control checks, contributing to data analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to implement process improvements, resolve technical issues, and support new product introductions.

Adhere to strict cleanroom protocols and safety regulations to maintain a controlled manufacturing environment and prevent contamination.
