1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Financial Management or related disciplines.

2.Minimum 2 years of full-time working experience in HR & Administration.

3.Proficient in end-to-end HR operational workflows, familiar with local labor laws and regulation.

4.Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, crisis response and problem-solving capabilities.

5.Approachable personality with strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

6.Able to read and comprehend Mandarin.

1.Perform basic HR & admin duties, organize and implement internal staff transfer arrangements.

2.Handle company employees’ SOCSO and EPF related matters.

3.Carry out full recruitment process; coordinate and complete procedures for recruitment, onboarding, resignation, transfer and promotion of staff.

4.Responsible for monthly payroll calculation; complete declaration and payment of EPF, SOCSO, PCB as well as routine payments via official government portals.

5.Coordinate induction and vocational training for new hires, execute training plans; liaise with external training providers, track and collect feedback on training outcomes.

6.Maintain employee relations, mediate communication between staff and management, plan and organize staff activities.

7.7.Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
