Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).

Process & Continuous Improvement Skills:

• Hands-on knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.

• Experience planning, initiating, and executing process improvement projects with measurable outputs.

• Capability to collect and analyze operational data to estimate the effectiveness of process improvements.

Quality, Health & Safety Compliance:

• Solid understanding of Product and Process Quality control standards and corrective action implementation.

• Familiarity with Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, audits, and M.P.I.s (Manufacturing Process Instructions).

Communication & Team Collaboration:

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians regarding process and safety proposals.

• Ability to communicate issues effectively and report work-related incidents to superiors for corrective action.

Ensure that awareness (and/ or implementation) of Process Improvement is in place and updated from time to time.

Reviews operational schedules, coordinates with the TEAM for continuous improvements of process.

Ensure all improvement done is apply and visible on each process.

Ensure applying necessary actions/ activities on all concern and issues related to Product and Process Quality.

Interacts with Engineers/ Supervisors and Technicians regarding concern and proposals on equipments and/ or processes to improve safety, desired productivity and overall quality.

Make sure that data is used accordingly to estimate the effectiveness of improvements and continuous imrovement project. Recommends amd initiates projects with respect to deadline, with measurable improvements.

Reporting, updating activities on actions needed to be done in reference to Product and Process Quality.

Participate and support Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, 5-S' and Kaizen and Company Policies activities which may include improvements, audits and scheduled programs, procedures, M.P.I.s, and others.

Reporting work related incident to respective Superior for taking appropriate improvements actions to avoid recurrence.

Performs other duties as assigned.
