Requirements
Posses at least SPM education
Able to converse in basic Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Required to be hardworking, responsible, independent and high adaptability toward own job task
Good communication skill and keen to get more product knowledge
Profficient in MS Office ( Microsoft Excel )
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am-6pm & Saturday 9am-1pm
Responsibilities
Manage documents, filling systems, and data entry
Handle daily office operations and provide general administrative support to the finance
In charge of issuing various bill according superiors order
Coordinate and ensure smooth transition of goods to customer
Support daily e-commerce operations : daily processing orders etc
Perform any other ad-hoc assignments when required
