At Ben K Dental Laboratory, we are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to be the key point of contact for our dental partners. You’ll help manage client communications, coordinate case updates, and ensure our clients receive a smooth and positive experience.

• Are comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with dental clinics and clients via WhatsApp, phone, and other communication channels.

• Receive and confirm job orders, ensuring all case details are accurate and complete.

• Providetimely updateson case status, delivery timelines, and other client enquiries.

• Follow up with internal teams on case progress and communicate any updates to clients.

• Handle client enquiries, feedback, and basic issues in a professional and helpful manner.

• Maintain and update client information and case records in the CRM/client database.

• Coordinate closely with production and internal teamsto ensuresmooth case processing and delivery.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with our dental partners.

• Ensure all client requests and follow-ups are properly recorded and attended to.
