Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or Automotive related field

• Experience in automotive parts / trading / distribution industry is an advantage

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, or similar systems)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Responsible, responsive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Positive working attitude and a team player

• Willing to work 5.5 days per week (Saturday half day)

• Able to speak and understand Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

• Need to know Mandarin or willing to learn Mandarin

• Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately

• Follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery

• Handle customer inquiries on stock availability, order status, and delivery arrangements

• Update customers proactively on the delivery status

• Work closely with sales team, warehouse, and logistics team to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor stock levels and prepare stock request from HQ when needed

• Arrange and follow up on deliveries

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues

• Ensure all data in system is accurate and up to date

• Support daily operations and administrative activities of the store
