Full Time Assistant Production Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in TransPak Penang Sdn. Bhd. Sungai Jawi - Ricebowl

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.

Experience in supervising production workers and managing manpower allocation.

Good knowledge of SOPs, workplace safety, 5S, production quality, and production scheduling.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support production targets and continuous improvement.

Assist the Production Supervisor in managing daily production activities.

Supervise production operators and allocate manpower effectively.

Monitor production output, quality, and production schedules.

Ensure workers follow SOPs, safety rules, and 5S standards.

Identify and resolve production issues and minimize downtime.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.

Prepare daily production reports and update the supervisor.

Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
