Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience in supervising, guiding, and monitoring production workers will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of production processes, 6S, workplace safety, quality standards, and QMS requirements.

Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead a team and meet production targets.

Plan production schedules and manpower requirements to meet job assignments.

Manage daily operations, including housekeeping and 6S, to ensure safety and quality.

Coordinate work activities with other departments and supervisors.

Manage, guide, and monitor staff performance and attendance.

Identify staff strengths and weaknesses and support their development.

Review quality issues and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Provide training and monitor workers’ skills development.

Lead by example and maintain good workplace discipline.

Continuously improve personal skills for career development.

Ensure compliance with QMS requirements and documented processes.

Assist with onsite packing and ensure proper handling of goods when required.

Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor/HOD.
